PT PRAKARSA DYUK established on January 29, 2001 in Jakarta based on Act 48/2001 with the organizational structure consisting of Commissioner, Mrs Yayah Chulaelah Ilyas, SE and President Director , Udin Daryono with business sectors include construction services, Procurement of goods and services. Then, in order to face the development of dynamically global business the management dicided to strengthen the system of management of the company through the refresment of the Director based on Act No. 7/2005 and 15/2008.
In the further growth phase of the company, management initiated to increase the company performance totally by applying innovative technologies, professionalism and accountability, as well as implementing effective business management and improving for better efficiency. For this objective, the company adopted modern management systems by implementing the international standard such as the service management system ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14000 environmental management system (OSAS) and accredited since 2008. In addition, the company have been implemented the Safety, Health and Environment Management System, with the achievement of ‘Zero Accident’ which has recognized from some oil companies in Indonesia. In relating to provide innovative oil and gas services, the company has mud laboratory and mobile cementing laboratory which basically follow to American Petroleum Institute’s Standard (API). By implementing modern management system of international standard and innovative technologies, the company has developed sustainably the business of oil and gas services, with a specialization on Drilling Fluids Services, Mud Logging Services and Cementing Services, Well Testing and Surface Surveillance Services, and Rental Pump Services.
In the era of economic globalization, the company has a mission to develop and extent business sectors in oil and gas services both local and overseas through business cooperation with local or foreign business partners based on the principle of professionalism, trust, transparency and mutual benefit. In this regard, within internal management has established management system for accounting and finance electronically on line and followed by strengthening the capacity and quality in the areas of services of Mud Engineering, Services Mud Logging and Services Cementing, Service Well Testing and Surface Surveillance, Pump Rental and Services, by purchasing some new sophisticated equipments and increasing the personnel competencies.
In the period of 2001-2015, the company has undergone a metamorphosis organization, management, competence of personnel and equipment both quantity and quality in order to provide appropriated responds to the market demands of oil and gas services locally or internationally. The development of global business has been occurring dynamically, so the company should always be ready to make adjustments and alignment to the business climate and global economy changes.
